St Patrick's PPC is a group of parishioners that function as an advisory board along with Father.
This council is a collaborative decision-making board that gives direction for the wants and/or needs that are considered uniquely necessary for St Patrick's Parish church, the hall, or landscaping .

JOINT ST. PATRICK'S & ST. MARY PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL
Minutes:
This consolidated PPC addresses problems and issues that are similar to both parishes. The unified and consolidated single position incorporates a larger skills base to a solution and direction. This joint PPC works as an advisory board in close cooperation with Father, advising him in matters pertaining to pastoral ministry. The councils meet jointly approximately six times per year and meet as individual parishes three times per year. The names in bold are members of St. Patrick's.

FINANCE COUNCIL
Minutes:
The Finance Council reviews the parish annual budget, plans for repair, replacement, or service of property and for both operating and capital expenditures based upon the goals and objectives determined by the Parish Pastoral Council. The approved budget is published and made available to parishioners.

The Amazing Parish Team, in a leadership role has a vision to: increase the reliance on prayer, take actions to continually improve, maintain, and to keep the Sunday Experience meaningful, and to provide compelling faith formation and discipleship.

CCW - COUNCIL OF CATHOLIC WOMEN
CCW acts through its members to support, empower, and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service; to inspire and promote Gospel values in a constantly changing world. The Council of Catholic Women meets bi-monthly. The CCW coordinates the Fall Rummage sale, organizes food that is served for events, and hosts the Fall Craft Sale. This council very generously contributes to needs of the church and hall with such projects as: the refinishing of the Baptismal Font, the paying for the bathrooms in the hall and church, flowers for the altar, postage for "Care Packages" sent to college students and military parishioners, repairing of the grotto are all donations from the St. Patrick's CCW.
